I'm (almost) famous!

One of my favorite photographers right now is Jesh De Rox (www.jeshderox.com). I've never really liked stuff that felt overly processed - it usually comes off as pretentious or heavy-handed. But Jesh is doing amazing things with Photoshop because he doesn't just slap an effect on for style's sake. The processing is part of the picture to him... It's just like using a special film.

Anyway, Jesh has this contest going and he nominated one of my pictures for a people's choice award. Right now, I'm dead last, which is a familiar feeling for me. However, I have no doubt that with your help, I can come in at least second to last. So, vote early and often. And if you find a way to cheat, let me in on the secret. Just kidding (but not really).

Actually, I would really encourage you to vote for the second picture of the guy on the bench in the fog. I have no idea who took it, but it's really an amazing and emotional image.
